Getting there:

We are providing a free bus from central Glasgow to the venue, departing at 9:30am from the Terrence Higgins Trust office, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EH and arriving back at 6pm.

We are providing a free shuttle minibus service running from Drumchapel train station to the community centre in the morning and at the end of the event for your convenience.

Morning busses will run between 09:45am-10:45am

Evening busses will run between 05:30pm-06:30pm     

The bus service is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for anyone with severe mobility issues. For further information, please see our access page (link to access page)

There is a car park offering free off-street parking to the front of the venue. On-street parking is also available in the immediate area.

The centre is located on Kinfauns Drive, which has good public transport links, making the centre easily accessible by bus. The nearest train station is Drumchapel, which is approximately 1 mile from the Community Centre.

Drumchapel Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community. It is based just outside the community of Drumchapel in a quiet area. The centre is also fully accessible and has been recently refurbished to meet as many needs as possible.

Catering information:

What can be provided catering wise will depend on how much money we raise through ticket sales. So we may need you to bring packed lunches. An update on catering will be sent with joining instructions.

Under 18s:

Chibi!OscarBiTastic is a family friendly event. The workshop programme is open to all ages except for individual workshops where there may be age restrictions. These will be clearly marked in the programme booklet. During all times parents are responsible for their own children. We will not be providing a children’s play area as no attendees have requested this when asked in the booking form.

Unnacompanied 16-18 year olds must have their parents/guardians fill the Parental Consent Form in order to attend the event.
